| The Lion of the Year for
2006 is actually 2 lions: Tom Hagarty and Mark Miller. Tom, shown here
with President Dick McAlister (right) served as the membership chair
this past year and the club inducted 12 new members! This exceeds any
other year in the past decade. A tireless worker, Tom can always be
counted on to give it his all. Unfortuantely, we have no picture of Mark Miller but that does not diminish the great job he did in improving the quality of the noon meals. He worked patiently and carefully to solve a problem which has been vexing the club for years. Mark also volunteers for many other tasks and currently serves as membership co-chair with Tom. Congratulations to both on a fine job!! |
