LIONS FLOAT IN STURGIS FALLS PARADE

In 1991, the Cedar Falls lions Club "rowed" their way down Main Street. They clearly don't have both oars in the water. Do you recognize any of these members?

The sign says "President Dave Deaver." Now, how did he do that? We also don't know if the entry won many prizes. But, they did manage to remain...afloat.
