Communication from, to, and about students in the College is primarily coordinated by the various student student organizations. While it is possible for an individual student to do something newsworthy, we assume that the departments and their student organization advisors and officers will see that all student successes are publicized.
Student organizations should understand that participation in the College's communication efforts is an organizational obligation. The overall reputation of the College depends on the perception of our students as well-educated in business fundamentals, demonstrating traditional work values, competent in professional skills. Student organizations should publicize themselves and their members to highlight these characteristics.
