Having trouble accessing the SMG web site? Here is a checklist to use:

• Check your web browser settings -- enable Java and Java Script and clear your browser's cache regularly
• Check with your district technical support staff to verify that you do not have a caching software program that is storing pages locally. The software will allow exceptions and make sure the technical staff understands your class is participating in this program that requires direct access since the portfolios are updated regularly.
• Remember the login ids and passwords ARE CASE SENSITIVE and must be entered exactly as they were assigned. The password is a combination of alpha and numeric characters -- don't confuse the number 0 (zero) with the letter O.
• The teacher administrative login id and password will give you access to your student portfolios.
• Use the help screens in each of the portfolio pages to understand the calculations.
