CBA Graduation Celebration
Held annually at the end of March or the beginning of April, CBA graduating seniors and CBA faculty are recognized and honored at the annual CBA Graduation Celebration. Graduating seniors receive awards for their scholastic or business accomplishments. Faculty members are honored for excellence in teaching, research, and service. CBA Alumni in Residence are recognized for their contributions to students’ understanding of the business world.  Parents of graduating students are invited to attend this event. Convocation
Step into the new school year with a positive outlook. The university convocation takes place the Sunday before Fall classes begin.  New students and returning students are invited to hear from speakers who provide words of wisdom that can be applied to daily life.

Graduation Ceremonies
After fulfilling the requirements for a degree, students are encouraged to participate in the fall or spring graduation ceremonies. A summer graduation ceremony is not offered, but students can make arrangements to participate in the Fall or Spring ceremony.  More information about commencement can be found through the Office of the Registrar.

UNI Family Weekend
Come to the annual UNI Family Weekend where you and your family can enjoy the mid-day picnic provided by the CBA while touring the Curris Business Building and talking with your professors. Additional events include open houses, special dance and musical performances and much more. Don't forget to attend the annual tailgate party on Saturday at the UNI-Dome. Then show your Panther pride at the football game.

Jepson Speakers Series
The Lawrence Jepson International Economics Symposium is an annual event sponsored by the Economics Department and College of Business Administration with funds from the Jepson Memorial Endowment. The topic of each symposium is related to international economics or international relations. Speakers are economists whose research, consulting, and experience allow them to provide an insightful view of trade and economics in today’s global economy.
