The Vision of the UNI College of Business Administration

The College of Business Administration shall provide a contemporary, professional education through challenging, stimulating, and relevant curricula. We will seek through a variety of means to develop in ourselves and in our students a set of skills and attitudes that will make us positive contributors to a complex, global society. We will offer a high level of faculty-student interaction, state-of-the-art facilities, and learning opportunities characterized by curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. The University of Northern Iowa's College of Business Administration is distinguished by excellence in our undergraduate education and select graduate programs. Our primary focus is to provide a professional education that enables our graduates to be productive citizens in a complex, global society. In addition, we engage in research, professional training, and economic development activity.
