Professional Development
Confident/Nervous/Excited/Frightened? All of these emotions and others often accompany the transition from student to professional life. The College of Business Administration helps prepare students for that crucial change.
Leadership skills, for example, can be examined in the classroom, but can be mastered only with practice. Student organizations offer comfortable opportunities to test leadership readiness.
Preparation for professional licensure in Accounting, Finance, and other fields is a key ingredient in preparing students for the move to vocational life. Internship experiences allow students to spend useful time in business settings acquiring insight about life after graduation. Read below for more about how the CBA can help you prepare for professional life.
