Professional Accomplishments
After starting his career with KPMG's auditing group in 1993, Tony Rogers joined R&R Realty Group (R&R) as an accounting manager in August, 1996 and became controller before he moved to his current role as Chief Financial Officer in January, 2006. His responsibilities include business development, debt/equity placement, financial reporting, controls, income tax compliance/strategies, management, and partner relations.

Community Service/Accomplishments
Tony is active in youth ministries, missions support, and various other service activities at the Lutheran Church of Hope. Tony is also a board member of the Iowa chapter of Make-a-Wish foundation.
