Professional Accomplishments
Al Carlson has been with Pella Corporation since 1987. He began his career as Department Manager, and with four promotions, is now the Human Resource Manager for Pella Direct Sales Network. Al is actively involved in the Society for Human Resource Management and the National Association of Colleges and Employers. He also serves on various advisory committees in Business and Engineering at Iowa State University, University of Northern Iowa and the University of Iowa.

Community Service/Accomplishments
Al is involved with the Pella Chamber of Commerce Church Leadership Board and Defensive Coordinator of the Pella Christian High School football team.
