Professional Accomplishments
Tom Nordstrom is Senior Vice President of AEGON USA Realty Advisors, Inc., in charge of Asset Management and Low Income Housing Tax Credits, which includes an equity portfolio with a book value of $2.0 billion, with total investment real estate assets in excess of $18.0 billion. He is a member of several committees including the Operating, Executive, Senior Executive and Agribusiness Real Estate Investment committees. These committees are directly responsible for the operational management of real estate assets as well as the approval of new real estate transactions. In 2007 there were in excess of $3.4 billion of new commercial loans approved and funded. He also acts as an officer of several life insurance subsidiaries of AEGON USA, Inc.

Community Service/Accomplishments
Tom is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Institute (CCIM) and the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE). He sits on the board of directors of the CCIM Education Foundation and UNI's Real Estate Advisory Council.
