Kurt Mumm, CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) is currently President of the Des Moines Region of Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Company. In this position he is a tenant and landlord representative for retail, office, land and industrial clients, including several Fortune 500 companies. Mumm performs a full range of real estate brokerage and consulting services on a local and regional basis. He has over thirteen years of commercial real estate sales and leasing experience and specializes in site selection and investment brokerage. Mumm was recognized as a member of the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute, Class of 2001-2002 and the Des Moines Business Record's Forty Under 40, Class of 2000.

Community Service/Accomplishments
Mumm is a member of the Iowa CCIM and was president in 2000. He was also president of the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association in 2004 and the UNI Real Estate Advisory Council from 2005-2006.
