Professional Accomplishments
John Viggers, CCIM, CPM is Regional Vice President for Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Company. He is a tenant and landlord representative for office, retail and industrial clients. Viggers is experienced in performing on a full range of real estate management and brokerage assignments; including receiverships, acquisitions/dispositions and consulting on a local and national basis. Viggers has twenty years of commercial real estate management and brokerage experience. His experience range includes working with many diverse ownership groups such as private investors, financial institutions, pension funds, TIC's and REIT's. He has also managed a variety of projects including high rise office buildings, malls and strip centers, industrial projects, apartments and medical office buildings.

Community Service/Accomplishments
Viggers is a past president of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Iowa and Chapter 63 of the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is also a graduate of the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute and the Central Iowa's Forty Under 40 class. Viggers is Chairman of the Real Estate Advisory Board at UNI and of the Property of Management Council of NAI Global. In his spare time he coaches multiple youth sports.
