Professional Accomplishments
As Chief Financial Officer, Jim Weber, CPA, provides strategic leadership, planning and oversight of the financial resources of Hubbell Realty Company and its subsidiaries. He leads all planning, development and implementation of financial policies relative to accounting, tax, internal controls and systems. Jim brings eighteen years of diverse real estate experience as CFO to Hubbell Realty Company. He was employed for several years as a CPA with Deloitte (formerly Deloitte, Haskins and Sells) in both the Des Moines, Iowa and Houston, Texas offices. In addition, he has held Tax Manager positions with two subsidiaries of Schlumberger, Ltd., an international oil field service conglomerate, during which he participated in the planning and negotiations involving divestiture, mergers and acquisitions for the companies.

Community Service/Accomplishments
Jim serves on numerous boards including the Polk Des Moines Taxpayers Association, UNI Real Estate Advisory Council, and the Bishop-Drumm Foundation Board.
