Nicole Gleason is currently employed as Cost Management Supervisor, Commodity Based Specialist, at John Deere Worldwide Agricultural Division in Waterloo. In this position, Nicole supervises six cost management specialists aligned with commodity supply councils. She is also responsible for division cost reduction goal setting activities and involvement with cost reduction projects. Nicole recently led an Ag Division team to improve the process for taking supplier price increases. Prior to her current position, Nicole held positions as a service parts specialist, logistics analyst, and production buyer at John Deere Dubuque Works. Nicole received certification as a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) through the Institute for Supply Management.
