Professional Accomplishments
Thomas Bower is currently a Black Hawk County District Court Judge.  He has over twenty years of law experience, including experience as the Assistant City Attorney for the city of Ames and the Assistant Black Hawk County Attorney.  He is a member of the Iowa Judges Association, the Black Hawk County Bar, and the Iowa Bar.  He also further serves the profession as a member of the Black Hawk/Grundy Coalition Against Domestic Violence, the Iowa Supreme Court Task Force on Domestic Abuse, the Iowa Supreme Court Committee to Review Child Support Guidelines, and the Black Hawk County Adult Drug Court Program.
