Professional Accomplishments
Professor Brown's research interests have culminated in a publication record of econometric research touching a wide spectrum of topics. These have included economic issues in real estate purchases, sports, technology innovation and pricing, and public policy. His research has been published in the Journal of Real Estate Research, Journal of Sports Economics, Applied Economics, and Economics of Innovation and New Technology, to name a few. For his teaching efforts, he has earned several teaching awards including the University Book and Supply Faculty Teaching Award (1996) and the College of Business Administration Faculty Teaching Award (2001).
