Professional Accomplishments
As an accomplished attorney with more than thirty years experience serving individual, corporate, and government clients, Robert Dieter brings much experience to the classroom. Mr. Dieter is currently employed as an in-house attorney for Cedar Falls Utilities. He is the Director of Employee and Legal Services and drafts, reviews and approves all contracts. Mr. Dieter confers with and advises the general manager and Directors of Operations, Finance and Organizational Services, and Customer Service and Business Development on legal and regulatory matters. Prior to his position at Cedar Falls Utilities, Mr. Dieter was a partner at Redfern Mason Dieter Larsen & Moore PLC.
