Responsibilities
Joe is involved with conducting STAR4D® training and the devopment of the Basic Spray Painter Training Course of the United States Air Force. He is also the project manager for the development of virtual reality abrasive blasting simulator and also the marketing coordinator for the LaserPaint® and VirtualPaint™.

Professional Accomplishments
Joe is a member of NACE International and the Society for Protective Coatings. He is also listed as an inventor on the virtual reality painting and abrasive blasting simulators and authored and article in Finishing Today magazine. He also presents at various conferences in regards to training and simulation.
