Support for professional development in finance reaches a new milestone

The steps the College of Business Administration (CBA) has taken to enrich the professional preparation of our Finance graduates are especially exciting because we have put the three essential components (faculty, benefactors and students) in place so quickly. In six short years, the passionate leadership of Professor Mir Zaman, coupled with the generous support of Dr. G. Carl Schweser, US Bank and other contributors, has allowed us to develop a stream of dedicated students who consistently pass the Chartered Financial Analysis (CFA®) Level 1 Examination at a rate twice the global average. Their success is demonstrating not only their own proficiency in financial services, but the potential of every student in the College who is encouraged to go beyond the boundaries of classroom learning.
