Value of ethics evident in one generous gift
 
Gifts to the College often are prompted by a deeply-felt experience in the donor's education. Thus, many donors choose to establish scholarships to ensure that other students continue to have access to that same deeply-felt education. For others, the donation supports programs that had been critical to the donor's own career success.

These seeds often grow into great accomplishments. Such is the case with the David W. Wilson Chair in Business Ethics, endowed by a generous donation from UNI alumnus, David W. Wilson.

David Wilson's gift helps the College fulfill its responsibility to produce graduates who can successfully address today's complex business issues. In a business climate producing too many examples of leaders who have lost their way, David Wilson's gift is evidence of the value he places on honorable business practice, his conviction that ethical decision making is simply good business, and his desire to ensure that future leaders include ethical considerations in their business decision making.
