Financial Analysis Program
CFA® Level 1 Study Seminar - Des Moines, IA Pappajohn Higher Education Center
|
March 16-18 and May 4-6, 2007
The seminar is designed to cover all topics a CFA® Level I candidate is expected to be tested over. Coverage will include lectures, discussions and simulated exams.
During the first session emphasis will be on lectures and discussion. The second session will provide substantial time for Q&A on different topics. Both sessions will involve participants taking tests similar to the actual exams. |
The Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation is the most respected credential for finance professionals who seek to establish their professional competence in the area of investments. Many professionals prepare for the CFA® examinations by enrolling in CFA® study seminars offered by various commercial entities. These programs can be costly and inconvenient, often involving travel and lodging in distant locations. In addition, the track record of such programs is uneven, at best. In response, we are now prepared to deliver UNI's remarkably successful financial analysis program to Des Moines area professionals seeking the CFA® designation.
The UNI CFA® Level I Study Seminar offers distinct advantages:
Remarkable Track Record
In keeping with UNI's outstanding academic reputation and history of top Certified Public Accountant (CPA) ranking, the UNI CFA® Study Seminar has consistently yielded pass rates far exceeding the international average since its inception in 1998.
Accomplished Faculty
Dr. Mir Zaman, holder of the Carl Schweser Financial Analysis Professorship at UNI, will deliver the program in Des Moines . He is responsible for the remarkable success of the UNI Financial Analysis Program. Dr. Zaman's extensive academic work on investments has been summarized and published in the CFA® Digest. He has teaching experience at Loyola University in Chicago, University of Iowa, University of Kentucky, Ohio State University and University of Notre Dame.
