The Lawrence Jepson International Economics Symposium is an annual event sponsored by the Economics Department and College of Business Administration with funds from the Jepson Memorial Endowment. The topic of the symposium is related to international economics or relations. Speakers are economists whose research, consulting, and experience allow them to provide an insightful view of trade and economics in todays global economy. Chartered Financial Analyst® Exam Review Program
Real estate and finance majors can meet the challenge of becoming certified as a financial analyst by taking non-credit courses that prepare them for the Chartered Financial Analyst® Exam. The combination of participating in the non-credit courses and passing the exam earns students a Financial Analysis Certificate. Most importantly, the program works. UNI students taking the level I CFA® exam pass at a rate well exceeding the international average.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Exam Review
The UNI Department of Accounting prepares accounting majors and graduate students for the CPA exam by providing non-credit elective review courses. UNIs accounting majors have a long history of successful performance on the CPA exam thanks to the rigor of the accounting curriculum and the focused study that the review courses require.
