CBA Technical Support in Conference Rooms
August 2005
1. With advance notice (at least 24 hours) to the CBA Info Tech Office (x37969), we will provide basic presentation equipment in CBB 319 and CBB 323 including a standard overhead projector, a laptop computer (internet access available on request) and a ceiling-mounted Sharp LCD projector. Other types of equipment will normally be supplied by the users' departments.
2. If arranged ahead of time (at least 24 hours) we are happy to meet with a presenter and provide a brief (5-10 minute) overview of the operation of CBA equipment.
3. For conferences and groups where there will be multiple presenters, we will provide training (#2 above) one time. If all participants cannot be present at the same time, one coordinator from the group should be responsible for assisting the other presenters.
4. For last minute requests (less than 24 hours) we will do our best to provide the equipment requested but we may not be able to schedule any orientation or technical assistance.
5. CBA personnel cannot be continually available to non-CBA groups throughout a meeting. If such support is required, please make arrangements through your unit's technical support staff.
