Technical Support for CBA Conference Rooms
1. With advance notice (at least 24 hours), CBA Tech Support (319-273-7969) will provide basic presentation equipment in CBB 319 and CBB 323 including a ceiling-mounted projector, a laptop computer with internet access, and a wireless presenter.
2. If arranged in advance (at least 24 hours), CBA Tech Support can meet with the presenter and provide a brief (5-10 minute) overview of the operation of CBA equipment.
3. For conferences and groups where there will be multiple presenters, CBA Tech Support will provide group training (#2 above). If all participants cannot be present at the same time, a representative chosen from the group is responsible for assisting the other presenters.
4. For unplanned presentation needs (less than 24 hours), CBA Tech Support will attempt to provide the equipment requested, subject to availability and time constraints.
5. CBA personnel are unable to be continually available to non-CBA groups throughout a meeting. If such support is required, please make arrangements through your organization's technical support staff.
