The Economics Alumni Scholarship was
established in 1999 and the first award made in
2000.
Funding for this scholarship comes primarily from
graduates of the Economics Department who have
a desire to give back to current students. Over 44
Alumni have contributed a total of more than
$25,000. The interest from the endowment is
awarded annually to a qualified economics major.
The principal of the fund is protected to ensure a
steady flow of scholarship money into the future.
The scholarship is awarded annually to deserving
students majoring in economics.
Full-time Economics majors who will be seniors in the fall semester are eligible to apply for this scholarship. |
