Economics Alumni Scholarship

The Economics Alumni Scholarship was established in 1999 and the first award made in 2000.

Funding for this scholarship comes primarily from graduates of the Economics Department who have a desire to give back to current students. Over 44 Alumni have contributed a total of more than $25,000. The interest from the endowment is awarded annually to a qualified economics major. The principal of the fund is protected to ensure a steady flow of scholarship money into the future.

The scholarship is awarded annually to deserving students majoring in economics.

Full-time Economics majors who will be seniors in the fall semester are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
