Welcome to RHO EPSILON! Rho Epsilon is a national real estate organization. The University of Northern Iowa chapter is advised by Dr. Arthur Cox, who is also the Director of the Real Estate Education Program. Rho Epsilon has approximately 35 members and 4 officers. The organization's goal is to help students interact with professionals and gain knowledge in the field of real estate. The club has 15 meetings a semester which revolve around business presentations. These corporations describe the job details and what life is like in the real world. They also give information about internships and jobs available to UNI students. We then cap off each year with our annual golf tournament held in May. Rho Epsilon informs students about real estate careers and introduces them to professionals in the real estate industry. If you would like to join Rho Epsilon just contact Dr. Cox or one of the officers listed below to be added to our mailing list and be informed of upcoming meetings.
